Hi, I’m Tessa! I am originally from Benwood, WV. I joined LBI because of my passion for hair and working in an environment that allows me to express my creativity. I love getting to know each of my clients and understanding their hair goals. I enjoy doing all things color, especially giving my clients lived-in looks! Hey Babes! My name is Lauren Tustin and I'm happy to be at the Beauty Bar! I'm going on my second year behind the chair. I have a passion for all things hair including hand-tied extensions, color and blonding! Special event makeup and hair styles are someof my favorite things to do, as well! Nikki Spencer
My name is Nikki Spencer and I got my start in cosmetology in 2013. As a mother I needed a career that offered flexible hours to allow me to enjoy being a mother and watch my children blossom but challenged me to excel. After graduating valedictorian with top honors from Laurel Business Institute in 2013 my journey began and I haven’t looked back. I enjoy all aspects of cosmetology from basic hair cuts for adults and children to specialty color. Working in the industry offers me an opportunity to express my creative, artistic side while maintaining my fun family-oriented roots. I love what I do therefore I never work a day in my life.
