Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made twenty-four (24) hours prior to appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment and no-shows will be charged for the base service, are non-refundable, and cannot be used as a credit toward your next service

Late Policy

If a client is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be considered a no show cancellation and will be charged for the full service. This charge is non-refundable, and cannot be used as a credit toward your next service.

Sales & Deals Policy

No two deals, sales, or promos can be combined in the salon or boutique.

Credit Card Transaction Fee Policy

Effective starting June 2021; a 3% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card purchases.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a fee of $25 assessed to the total amount listed for any return or insufficient check.

Gift Certificate Policy

Beauty Bar gift certificates are valid for a lifetime of purchase. They are considered redeemable for the Beauty Bar services and products, in salon only.

Correction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service and would like a correction, you must book with the same stylist for the correction. If you prefer to go to another stylist for the correction, you must repay for the service. Our stylists truly care about your happiness and would be happy to correct their service for you. 

 

Please be aware that stylists labeled "Apprentice" in our booking system have recently graduated beauty school. New Talent stylists offer 50%, 30% 0r 20% off of their services as a way to train under our master stylists.

Clients who request a specific look, receive the look, and then don't like it on themselves do not qualify for a correction.

Nail Fix Policy

Nail fixes will be performed on clients who received their full set at the Beauty Bar. All nail fix services will be assessed on a case by case basis. Each individual nail fix will be charged for.

Eyelash Extension Fill Policy

Only full set of eyelash extensions that were placed by the Beauty Bar will be filled by the Beauty Bar. If you had an outside full set placed and need a fill. We will have to book a removal and a new full set of eyelash extensions.

Apprentice and New Talent

When booking with an apprentice or a new talent; you, as the client, understand you are receiving services from someone who is a recent graduate or is within one year in the Beauty industry. The apprentice or new talent is still ungoing trainings and has not reached the Beauty Bar's Level 1 stylist tier. Since services are offered at a discount, please understand there can be small risks associated with the quality. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Service Commitment Waiver

Due to the process and maintenance involved in some of our services, we aim to ensure that all our services are properly maintained to get the maximum results. Some of our services are accompanied by recommended maintenance, product use and care. If you voluntarily and willingly opt out of the Service Commitment Waiver, you understand the results of your service may or may not meet full expectations. This would be at no fault of the Beauty Bar and the Beauty Bar will retain no damage or loss.
