Hi babes! We've missed you all so much. We are opening May 11 on a limited schedule to keep 10 or less people in the salon at all times. We are extending hours in order to allow stylists to operate on alternating shifts. We thank you so much for your patience during these weird times.
We have implemented a number of protocols and policies to keep you safe here at The Beauty Bar. Please review our Covid-19 protection policies and protocols below.



If you have an upcoming appointment at The Beauty Bar, please read the following protocols put into place for your safety.


First and foremost, if you are not feeling well or are experiencing any one of the following symptoms, please reschedule or cancel your appointment with us for everyone's safety. Keep in mind that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so please reschedule or cancel as soon as possible if you exhibit any of the following:

  • Headache

  • Sore throat

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Fever

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

No mask, no service: Please bring your own mask to your appointment with us for your safety and ours. If you do not have a mask, we have masks available for $3. If you refuse to wear a mask, you will be asked to leave and charged for the full amount of your service as a same-day cancellation. Safety is our number one priority and we will not risk anyone's life for a service at the salon.

Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. Only those who have appointments are allowed to enter the building.

Upon arrival, please call us to let us know you have arrived and wait in your vehicle.


You will be texted or emailed a digital form to fill out. Once you fill out the form, we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in for your service.

During your appointment, please limit phone use for sanitation purposes. If you have a picture that you would like to send to your stylist or technician, you can direct message them or message The Beauty Bar before your appointment.

Our staff will be operating with proper PPE as well as sanitizing spaces between each and every appointment for your safety and ours. There will be space between stations to maintain distance from others.

Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours of an appointment.


Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment and no shows will be charged for the full service, are non-refundable, and cannot be used as a credit toward your next service

Sales & deals policy

No two deals, sales, or promos can be combined in the salon or boutique.

Credit card transaction fee POLICY

Effective starting January 1, 2018, a 3% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card purchases.


Items in the B Boutique are exchangeable-only within 15 days. Items must have all tags attached and be presented without damage.

gift certificate POLICY

Beauty Bar gift certificates are valid for up to three-years from the gift certificate purchase date.


If you are unsatisfied with your service and would like a correction, you must book with the same stylist for the correction within 2 weeks of your initial service. If you prefer to go to another stylist for the correction, you must repay for the service. Our stylists truly care about your happiness and would be happy to correct their service for you. 

Please be aware that stylists labeled "New Talent" in our booking system have recently graduated beauty school. New Talent stylists offer 30% off of their services as a way to train under our master stylists.

*Clients who request a specific look, receive the look, and then don't like it on themselves do not qualify for a correction.

Pricing POLICY

The Beauty Bar implements a la carte pricing for services. Prices on our menu are "starting at" pricing. Please be aware that nail art, gel removal, toners/glazes for hair, etc. are considered "add ons" based on the client's beauty goals.

Private Room POLICY

Due to limited capacity and availability, we are unable to provide private room services. While we honor and respect all religious obligations, we cannot guarantee male-free environments. However, we will always try our absolute best to accommodate and arrange appointments accordingly.
